The purpose of this website is to present the digital services and products offered by VentuLabs: custom web development, our own products ready to scale (including EsportsHub) and complementary DevOps, design and technical audit services.

All content on this website (text, images, code, designs and trademarks) is owned by VentuLabs or the VentuCorp group unless expressly stated otherwise. Its full or partial reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Data controller: the owner identified in section 1. For any question about your data, write to contacto@ventucorp.es.

Email. If you write to contacto@ventucorp.es, we process what you send us (usually your name, your email address and the content of your message) to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to prepare the proposal and manage the business relationship. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Writing to us is voluntary, but without your contact details we cannot reply.

Server logs. Like almost any web server, the one that serves this website records each request it receives: the IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the result, the referring page and browser details. They are only used to keep the service secure and running, for example to detect attacks or errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if there is a business relationship, for as long as it lasts and for the periods required by law (for example, tax periods). Server logs are kept only for as long as strictly necessary for those purposes and are deleted automatically on a regular basis.

Recipients. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Only the providers that host the server and the email service access it, on our behalf and solely to provide the service. We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling.

Your rights. You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing, by writing to contacto@ventucorp.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. It uses a single first-party cookie, “lang”, which stores for one year the language you choose in the language selector (and Spanish if you open an address starting with /es/). It is a technical preference cookie: only the server reads it, to show you the website in that language; it does not identify anyone and therefore does not require your consent (Art. 22.2 of Spanish Law LSSI-CE).

If you close the hardware acceleration notice or pause the animations, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. That information never leaves your device and you can delete it from your browser settings.

This website may contain links to third-party sites (for example, ventucorp.es). VentuLabs is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those external sites.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the owner's registered address, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this notice prevails.
